Design and Features

The Borei class submarines are designed for stealth and survivability. They are equipped with advanced noise reduction technologies, making them virtually undetectable by sonar. The submarines are also equipped with a state-of-the-art combat management system, allowing them to effectively launch and control their ballistic missiles.

Armament

The Borei class submarines are armed with Bulava missiles, which have a range of over 8,000 kilometers and are capable of carrying multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRVs). Each submarine can carry up to 16 Bulava missiles, giving them a formidable strike capability.
